What Is Your Returns Policy?
If the item that you ordered is not as described please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in sorting out this error. If you would
like a refund, but there is no error on our part then please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Please note that in this circumstance
the cost of the return shipping will not be covered by us. For all orders placed on Depop, we do not accept any returns unless there is an error on our part.
how long will it take to receive the refund?
We aim to process returns within 3-5 days of receiving it. Once your return has been processed you should receive your refund within 24-48 hours,
depending on your card issuer.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We do not provide exchanges, however you can return the item(s) to us and place a new order for the new item(s). We will of course refund you as
soon as we receive the returned items.
