where is my order?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date then please check the following:
- Check that you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
- Check the tracking number to view the most up to date information about your order.
- Sign in and check your account on the CGI website to see whether your delivery address is correct and contact details are up to date.
- Check for any text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. If you were not in to receive your order
it may be at a local delivery depot and you may have to collect it or rearrange a new delivery slot.
- Check no one else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel.
If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact us. We will try to find the whereabouts of your parcel right away.
All of our shipments are insured to the necessary value, so if we cannot find the parcel we will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind about an order then you can cancel within one hour of placing the order. Just contact us within the hour and we will
issue you a refund. Once you have cancelled an order we cannot undo this, so if you do change your mind and decide you would like to continue
with the order please place a brand new order. If you have placed an order and have made an error, such as selecting the wrong size, colour or
product the above also applies.
There Is A Problem With The Order I Received
If there is an issue with your order when you receive it please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as we can.
How Do I Know If My Order Was Succesful?
Once you have placed your order you should receive a confirmation email from us. You will then receive a further dispatch confirmation email once
your order has been packed and left our warehouse.
